Buywpwebsite is a brand/undertaking of Webuncles. All billing, invoicing, payments, contractual matters, and legal obligations related to the products and services offered through Buywpwebsite are handled by Webuncles.

2. Our services
We provide ready-made, pre-built websites that we customise and deliver for you. This includes selecting a pre-built design, adding your branding and content, making agreed revisions, and making the website live on your domain. Specific inclusions, page limits, delivery timelines, revisions, hosting, and support depend on the plan you purchase (Basic, Standard, or Premium) as described on the relevant product page. We provide a done-for-you service, not downloadable template files.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are listed on the product pages and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- GST is charged additionally where a formal GST invoice is requested; such invoices are issued by Webuncles under its GSTIN.
- Payment is required in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment is currently accepted via UPI. Your order is confirmed only after we verify receipt of payment.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
- Estimated delivery timelines (e.g. 4 / 7 / 12 working days depending on plan) begin only after we receive full payment and all required materials from you (logo, content, images, and any information we request etc).
- Delays caused by late, incomplete, or unclear materials from you will extend the timeline accordingly.
- Delivery is made to a development/preview URL first for your review, then made live on your domain after approval.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to: – Provide accurate information and the content, images, and branding needed to build your website. – Ensure you have the legal right to use all content and materials you supply (text, images, logos, trademarks). – Respond to our requests for approval or information in a timely manner. – Not use our services for any unlawful, misleading, or prohibited purpose (including, without limitation, adult content, gambling, MLM schemes, or anything that violates applicable law or third-party rights).
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you provide. We are not liable for the content you supply.
6. Revisions
- Each plan includes a specified number of revisions per page and in total, as stated on the product page.
- Revisions beyond the included limit may be chargeable at our then-current rate. In particular, small/minor revisions requested after your three included revisions are chargeable.
- Revisions cover reasonable changes to the delivered design/content; they do not include entirely new pages, features, or scope beyond the purchased plan.
- We make our best effort to deliver a website suited to your needs. However, because these are template-based designs pre-built for thousands of industries, some businesses may require deeper or more extensive changes. If you feel the demo website is not suited to your purpose, we recommend our custom website development service through our parent company, Webuncles.com. Choosing a ready-made template is a matter of choice, and template-based websites are only one part of what we offer.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Because we provide a customised, done-for-you digital service where work begins promptly after payment, our policy is as follows:
- Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable, as our team commits time and resources immediately upon order confirmation.
- If you wish to cancel, you must notify us before work has commenced; where no work has yet started, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund after deducting any costs already incurred (e.g. domain registration, third-party charges).
- If we are unable to deliver the core service you paid for due to our own fault, we will either complete the work or provide a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Change of mind, or failure to provide required materials, does not qualify for a refund.
8. Domain
Domain registration is not included in any plan. We believe your domain should remain a personal asset of the individual or company that owns the website. Accordingly:
If you already own a domain, you provide it to us and we make your website live on it.
If we purchase a domain on your behalf, the domain charges are payable by you and are separate from your plan.
Where a plan includes a free domain, the free validity applies to the first year only. From the second year onward, the domain becomes chargeable at renewal, and the amount depends on the plan you have chosen.
Domain transfer: we transfer or share the domain only within the same registrar/provider, linked to your email address. For this, you must already have a registered account with the same provider. Domain transfer timelines are controlled by the domain provider and are not not within our control.
9. Hosting, renewals, and ongoing service
- Plans include hosting sized for typical small-business traffic, as described on the product page.
- Websites require a yearly renewal covering domain, hosting, maintenance, and support, as stated on the product page. Renewal fees are payable in advance each year.
- If a renewal is not paid, we may suspend hosting, maintenance, and support, and the website may go offline.
- Renewal pricing may be revised where genuinely necessary (e.g. increased third-party costs); we will inform you in advance of any change.
10. One-time (non-recurring) purchase and site handover
Our plans are designed to run on a recurring (yearly renewal) basis. If you prefer to take the website without our recurring service, the following applies:
- A one-time charge of ₹5,000 (in addition to your chosen plan) applies. This includes a full backup of your site — website files and database — handed over to you.
- If you would like us to host this on your own server, and it is a Hostinger hPanel or cPanel environment for which you provide us access, we charge an additional ₹2,000.
- Hosting or migration on any other platform is charged separately, as per discussion and the scope of work involved.
11. Admin access, backups, bug fixing, and customisation
- Admin panel access: WordPress admin / admin panel access is not provided with the Basic plan. On higher plans where admin access is shared, if you (or anyone acting on your behalf) make changes that break the design or functionality from your end, we are not accountable for the resulting issues, and any corrective work required will be charged additionally.
- Backups: Backups are managed by the server / hosting provider. We store a maximum of two months of backups, depending on your plan.
- Bug fixing: All plans include three months of free bug fixing, provided your website is hosted on our server. This free bug-fixing period does not apply once a website has been handed over or migrated off our server under a one-time (non-recurring) arrangement (see Section 10); any support after migration is chargeable as per discussion.
- Customisation: Customisation work beyond the scope of your plan is chargeable as per discussion.
12. Ownership and handover
- On full payment and launch, you own your website content and are given administrative access, files, and database as applicable to your plan (see Section 11 regarding admin access on the Basic plan).
- We use only genuine, licensed themes and plugins. Any third-party themes, plugins, or software remain subject to their own licences.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own licences for any premium third-party software after handover, where applicable.
13. Intellectual property
- The Buywpwebsite name, brand, site content, and our pre-built designs remain our intellectual property except for the customised deliverable provided to you.
- Content you provide remains yours; you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of building and delivering your website.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: – Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. – We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profit, data, or business). – We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, rankings, or sales from your website.
15. Third-party services
Your website and our service may rely on third-party providers (hosting, domain registrars, plugins, payment processors). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services, without refund, if you breach these Terms, misuse the services, provide unlawful content, or fail to pay applicable fees.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
