Buywpwebsite is a brand/undertaking of Webuncles. All billing, invoicing, payments, contractual matters, and legal obligations related to the products and services offered through Buywpwebsite are handled by Webuncles.

2. Our services

We provide ready-made, pre-built websites that we customise and deliver for you. This includes selecting a pre-built design, adding your branding and content, making agreed revisions, and making the website live on your domain. Specific inclusions, page limits, delivery timelines, revisions, hosting, and support depend on the plan you purchase (Basic, Standard, or Premium) as described on the relevant product page. We provide a done-for-you service, not downloadable template files.

3. Orders and payment

  • Prices are listed on the product pages and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • ST is charged additionally where a formal GST invoice is requested; such invoices are issued by Webuncles under its GSTIN.
  • Payment is required in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment is currently accepted via UPI. Your order is confirmed only after we verify receipt of payment.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. 

4. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines (e.g. 4 / 7 / 12 working days depending on plan) begin only after we receive full payment and all required materials from you (logo, content, images, and any information we request etc).
  • Delays caused by late, incomplete, or unclear materials from you will extend the timeline accordingly.
  • Delivery is made to a development/preview URL first for your review, then made live on your domain after approval.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to: – Provide accurate information and the content, images, and branding needed to build your website. – Ensure you have the legal right to use all content and materials you supply (text, images, logos, trademarks). – Respond to our requests for approval or information in a timely manner. – Not use our services for any unlawful, misleading, or prohibited purpose (including, without limitation, adult content, gambling, MLM schemes, or anything that violates applicable law or third-party rights).

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you provide. We are not liable for the content you supply. 

6. Revisions

  • Each plan includes a specified number of revisions per page and in total, as stated on the product page.
  • Revisions beyond the included limit may be chargeable at our then-current rate.
  • Revisions cover reasonable changes to the delivered design/content; they do not include entirely new pages, features, or scope beyond the purchased plan.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Because we provide a customised, done-for-you digital service where work begins promptly after payment, our policy is as follows:

  • Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable, as our team commits time and resources immediately upon order confirmation.
  • If you wish to cancel, you must notify us before work has commenced; where no work has yet started, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund after deducting any costs already incurred (e.g. domain registration, third-party charges).
  • If we are unable to deliver the core service you paid for due to our own fault, we will either complete the work or provide a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Change of mind, or failure to provide required materials, does not qualify for a refund.

Note for review: A blanket “no refunds ever” clause may be unenforceable under Indian consumer laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. and can be rejected by payment gateways.

8. Hosting, renewals, and ongoing service

  • Plans include hosting sized for typical small-business traffic, as described on the product page.
  • Websites require a yearly renewal covering domain, hosting, maintenance, and support, as stated on the product page. Renewal fees are payable in advance each year. 
  • If a renewal is not paid, we may suspend hosting, maintenance, and support, and the website may go offline.
  • Renewal pricing may be revised where genuinely necessary (e.g. increased third-party costs); we will inform you in advance of any change.

9. Ownership and handover

  • On full payment and launch, you own your website content and are given administrative access, files, and database as applicable to your plan.
  • We use only genuine, licensed themes and plugins. Any third-party themes, plugins, or software remain subject to their own licences.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own licences for any premium third-party software after handover, where applicable.

10. Intellectual property

  • The Buywpwebsite name, brand, site content, and our pre-built designs remain our intellectual property except for the customised deliverable provided to you.
  • Content you provide remains yours; you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of building and delivering your website.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: – Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. – We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profit, data, or business). – We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, rankings, or sales from your website.

12. Third-party services

Your website and our service may rely on third-party providers (hosting, domain registrars, plugins, payment processors). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services, without refund, if you breach these Terms, misuse the services, provide unlawful content, or fail to pay applicable fees.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhilwara , Rajasthan.
